Billing FAQ

Listed below are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Billing.

Q.   What is the easiest way to check my account balance?
A.   To avoid waiting on hold for a Consumer Service Representative, consumers now have the ability to check their account balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! To do this, call the Sedalia Headquarters at 303-688-3100 or toll-free at 1-800-332-9540 and choose option #2. If you have further questions regarding your account, an option to transfer to a CSR is available.

To update our records with your email address so you can try our new eBilling service, our online form can be filled out. For more information on eBilling, visit our eBilling Page.
