SCHEDULED OUTAGE: SMOKY HILL 400:  IREA will be replacing old underground electric lines with new underground electric lines to improve the reliability of electric service.  Construction will begin in early May 2008 and continue through late May 2008, depending on weather.  The project will require power outages during the construction period and all affected consumers will be notified prior to any scheduled outage.
